The “Helping Animals Resource Team” Foundation (HART) was created to help provide support and/or resources in an effort to reduce the pet overpopulation in Kingston, Ontario.

We will be focusing our efforts on keeping pets in loving homes by supporting local low-cost, high-volume spay neuter efforts and assisting rescues with financial support for the animals in their care.
